Logistics
The ceremony and reception is located in a suburb with very narrow streets so there is very limited parking space. So for transportation, all guests are asked to make their way to Woy Woy Station. You may take the train or park your cars at the Woy Woy Station car park or in the adjacent shopping centre.
We have hired two private 12-seater buses that will be picking up at the Woy Woy Station with the first pick up at 10AM and last pick-up at 10:30AM. Please ensure you are at the pick-up point before each pick-up times.

You will be transported from the ceremony to the reception area via the same buses as well.
Buses will start dropping off guests back to their cars at 3:30PM, 4:30PM, 5:30PM, and 6:30PM.
Wedding Timeline
Ceremony
Ceremony starts at 11AM.
The shuttle bus will bring you to a hall for morning tea. Toilets will be available there. Before 11AM, you will then be taken to the ceremony area.
Reception
The wedding reception will follow after the ceremony. The shuttle buses will bring you to the location.

Directions
Private buses will pick-up at the Railway Street Carpark near the Woy Woy train station. More directions for drivers as well as commuters can be found below.

If you’re driving to the location:
We suggest you park at the Railway Street Parking. After parking, walk in the direction of the train station. When you see the 5KM an hour sign while walking (it should still be in the vicinity of the parking lot, you’ll find the bus/es parked near it. Photo references below.
If you’re taking the train:
After tapping off the train station, turn right and make your way down and out of the station. Walk towards the right following the foot path, until you see bright yellow poles near the parking lot. The bus/es will be parked near there. Photo references below.
Dress Code:
Gents: White shirt/polo with cream/beige chinos/trousers
Ladies: White dress or white top and cream/beige trousers/skirt
Kids & Plus Ones
Due to limited space at the reception, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited as indicated on the envelope of your physical invitation or in the message we’ve sent you on social media.
We have also only allowed select kids to be included in the guest list. Their names will have also been included in the physical invitation you’ve received or mentioned in the message we’ve sent you.
We appreciate your understanding.
Gifts/Registry
Your presence is the greatest present.
But if you’d like to insist, rather than give us physical gifts, a wishing well will be available at the reception.
